Kinloch Cian is a smooth-coated, prick-eared, tri-coloured son of Meg and Jamie. Cian is always into mischief and is curious about everything. He is very enthusiastic when it comes to sheep and he is absolutely desperate to work. He is also interested in chickens, ducks and anything else that moves! Sheep are his thing, though, and he's quite happy to find his way under any fence and gather the neighbour's sheep.

Cian is just getting started this winter and is a challenge! He is a very quick and determined wee dog but he is showing a strong willingness to learn. Temperament-wise, he is very like Jamie! At the moment, Cian is driving very well and learning his flanks. He does small gathers and loves to drive sheep as far as you ask him too. He confidently takes sheep away from you and, thankfully, he has a very good stop and recall off sheep.

In March 2010, Cian was sold and has moved to Brazil. We wish this lovely little lad the best, and we sure miss him. Cian is now confidently working cattle as well as sheep. He won his first ever sheepdog trial in May and was 4th in his first competition on cattle. Well done!
